Thank you for participating in our silent auction! Please take note of the following steps if you win a prize:

Notification of Winning and Payment: After the auction closes, you will be notified via email that you have won. Your payment will be processed, and your card will be debited accordingly.

For items 1-16: These are donated items and a member of The Lily Foundation will be in touch with details of your prize.

For all other items: The next working day after the event, you will receive an e-voucher sent to the email address you used to sign up. The email will come from bookings@astarexperience.com. To begin booking your experience, simply redeem your e-voucher and complete the web form provided.
If you have won a physical item, please redeem your e-voucher as soon as possible and include a mainland UK delivery address in the web form so that your item can be shipped to you.
