Welcome to the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance's 30th Anniversary Ball Silent Auction!

A very warm welcome to our 30th Anniversary Ball.  It’s lovely to be with you this evening and to share this special occasion in the magnificent surroundings of Kelham Hall. 

2024 is a very special year for Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance.  Since airlifting our very first patient on 13th May 1994, we have provided a life-saving Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) for the communities of Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. To date, the charity has responded to over 29,700 missions and later in the month will predict we will have responded to our 30,000th mission.

This remarkable charity has come a very long way since its humble beginnings in 1994, when we operated out of a temporary building and could only get to patients if there was money in the bank to fuel up the old ex-police bölkow helicopter. 

Thirty-years-later and LNAA now responds, on average, to four missions every day. Our state-of-the-art helicopter and two critical care cars enable crews to deliver the very best pre-hospital critical care, day and night, to some of the most seriously ill and injured patients when they need it most.

Tonight is a time to celebrate how far LNAA has come and the positive impact the charity has made to so many people across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.  Our life-saving service is only made possible because of your support, and it is thanks to you that we are able to provide a 24/7 service, every day of the year.
