The Graeme Porteous Trophy

Today, you have all been playing for the Graeme Porteous Trophy.

Graeme acted as a guide and mentor to our coaches and to our management team and he was instrumental in giving us the focus and self-belief to use rugby, the game he loved, to make a lasting difference in the lives of some of our most marginalised young people.

We were devastated when Graeme died tragically young a few years ago. In conjunction with his friends and family, we launched the Graeme Porteous Scholarship so his name could continue to be part of the charity that meant so much to him. Each year, we choose a Graeme Porteous Scholar to receive additional support in turning around their lives.
