With Holme-next-the-Sea, Brancaster, Titchmash and Hunstanton all within travelling distance this area has plenty to explore. Whether you are looking for a quiet break away or a chance to explore the local area, Avoca Cottage will be your home away from home.

This wonderfully spacious, comfortable and beautifully designed cottage has three bedrooms, all with ensuite bathroom, an extensive open plan kitchen, dining room and living room complete with wood burner and smart TV. To the rear of the property is a fully enclosed garden with plenty of seating to wind in those summer evenings or cosy up on those winter nights. The property also has parking outside the front on a gravel drive which can host up to four cars. You will be provided with towels, bathrobes, bedding, WiFi, basket of logs for the burner and a complementary Barefoot Retreat welcome hamper on arrival with Norfolk produce. You are sure to have everything you need to make your stay perfect.
