When Hide opened it’s doors in 2018, it was one of the most eagerly anticipated restaurant openings that London had seen in many years and it did not disappoint. With one of the most talented and respected chefs in London at the helm, Ollie Dabbous led hide to a Michelin star in just six months.
Ollie’s culinary pedigree is almost unrivalled having honed his skills at Le Manoir under Raymond Blanc, at Hibiscus under Claude Bosi as well as time spent at the legendary Mugaritz.
Hide’s aesthetic mirrors that of Green Park across the road with a very warm, relaxed and natural feel that is both homely and effortlessly classy. The central hand carved staircase connecting Hide’s three floors is almost as photogenic as the dishes. 2021 2023 Partnership Agreement
You and your 5 guests will be greeted in to “The Bar Below” for a glass of bubbles before being welcomed into one of Hide’s beautiful private dining rooms, be it the warm secluded Reading Room or the intimate relaxed atmosphere of the Shadow room.
You’ll be treated to a seven course seasonal tasting menu with coffee and petit fours that showcases Ollie’s talent for creating dishes that are disarmingly simple and elegant in their presentation but that require mastery of technique and keep the natural flavour of their ingredients at their heart.
