The Ultimate Pointer Experience – Group Butchery Course for up to 12 People with Jon from The Pointers Butchers Followed by Dinner & Drinks at The Pointer in Brill

This is a fabulous experience for a group of friends to have a bespoke, hands-on lesson in traditional butchery skills from local expert Jon followed by drinks and dinner next door at The Pointer.

The evening will start at Jon’s award-winning butchery shop adjacent to The Pointer. Jon will talk about the meat and produce he sources locally, and how to get the most out of your meat. Jon will guide guests through filleting a joint whilst talking about recipe ideas over a glass of wine (or two).

Afterwards you will enjoy a sumptuous meal with wine at The Pointer encompassing fresh, local and seasonal produce. Meat cut with Jon the Butcher will be packaged and ready for each guest to take home at the end of the night.
