1 week at An Lionadh Cottage, Scotland
Description
A week stay (term-time only) at An Lionadh cottage (sleeps 8 + 2) An Lionadh offers a very special stay with a different rhythm of life, where memories are made, generations unite and adventures are aplenty. With its shore side setting and mesmerising views of no less than 13 islands on the west coast of Scotland, you can immerse yourself in surround sound nature and the raw natural beauty of island life.
Ideal for family gatherings and special celebrations. Perfect for romantic escapes or family adventures. You'll leave your car in Ellenabeich to make the 3-minute ferry crossing to the island, shared with locals and returning visitors. It is the smallest permanently inhabited island in the Inner Hebrides with only 60 houses and is known as ‘the island that roofed the world' due to its slate mining history.
An Lionadh is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a family stay: a well-equipped kitchen with multi fuel stove, large dining table and cupboards; books, board games, DVDs and a piano for entertainment to suit everyone, plus good Wi-Fi and a TV for cosy family film nights.
This prize is for a week stay outside school holidays (1st-16th April; 30th June-3rd September and the middle two weeks of October), subject to availability. Well-behaved dogs are welcome downstairs. No smoking. Steep steps to get up to the house but once inside the ground floor is disabled-friendly with two bedrooms. info@brawholidays.co.uk
