11 years ago, Alice Becker started her career in the fitness industry as a personal trainer in a London gym. This gave her the confidence to start her own group class and personal training business. Several years later, following an injury that stopped Alice from playing tennis, she took up Pilates. Alice, compelled to find a way out of pain and get back to her sport, discovered that Pilates could do just that!

Six months later, pain-free, more flexible, stronger and quicker round the tennis court, Alice was back! Her next career step was clear and she qualified as a mat and then Reformer Pilates instructor. 

Having this personal experience with her fitness journey, Alice is passionate about helping others and showing them what Pilates can do for them. Setting herself apart from other instructors as she takes the time to assess both posture and bio mechanics in order to give you tools to rebalance your body as well as educate you on how to lead a healthier life.

This 1:1 Reformer/Pilates 60-minute personal session can be truly tailored to your specific needs with your defined goals, whether that be to lose weight, correct posture, improve flexibility, help improve your sport or simply to feel better. Private sessions are excellent for everyone but especially those who prefer privacy or have needs that cannot be addressed in a class setting. With this voucher, you can choose between a Reformer or Pilates 1:1 session. All private sessions are held at Alice’s home studio in Chadlington. Whether you have back pain, sports specific training and exercises in mind or just because you would like some self-care, Pilates on the Reformer can be a serious workout if that’s what you’re looking for. 
 
Alice’s Pilates sessions are no ordinary run of the mill either. She methodically works through your body to unwind traditionally tight muscles before strengthening key postural muscles. Whether it’s sore necks, stiff upper backs, painful low backs, reducing daily aches and pains, enhancing your sports performance or improving your general well-being and fitness, Alice knows you’ll walk out of your session feeling a whole lot better! 
 
Alice works together with you to ensure you achieve long lasting results with an emphasis on the journey to your desired goal. Don’t expect a quick fix body transformation, expect an education!
