This small townhouse with its workable interior offers a comfortable sitting room, eat-in kitchen, with a small patio leading out of large French windows.  You’ll also find a utility area, along with a downstairs W.C.
On the first floor, you will find the master bedroom with a superking-sized bed (6ft across), shower and bath, en-suite. On the top floor, you’ll find two double bedrooms: one with a king-sized bed (5ft across), and the other with twin singles. There is also a family bathroom on this floor, with W.C, washbasin, and hand shower over bath. This property is perfect for couples or small families coming to the capital for a holiday.

Access is at street level, and there are three flights of stairs, so this property is unsuitable for those who have difficulty managing stairs. Lead guest must be 30 or older and maximum occupancy is limited to 4 people. Must be used between 1st January and 30th April 2024.
