It’s important for us at Velocity to support the communities we work in. Pace is an inspirational organisation that gives children and young people the best start in life. Moogies are a community of pubs in villages located around Aylesbury including The Black Boy in Oving, The Dinton Hermit in Ford and The Russell Arms in Butlers Cross. As part of our Being Mindful commitment, we look to support the local community and local charities as much as possible. Since May 2021, our nominated charity has been Pace and we have developed a close, mutually beneficial relationship. We raise funds for Pace through a variety of ongoing and one off initiatives with the support of our staff and customers. These include donations from our monthly charity quiz nights, our Dish Donation Scheme where 50p is donated with each PACE Pepperoni Pizza ordered off our menu and a contribution from our charity beer ‘Pick Up The PACE’, to name just a few examples. We’re also delighted to be supporting the Golf Day!
