Head Chef Ollie Dabbous's culinary CV includes Le Manoir under Raymond Blanc, Hibiscus under Claude Bosi as well time at the legendary Mugaritz. You and your guests, will be welcomed with a glass of Champagne or wine before indulging in a bespoke tasting menu followed by teas/coffees in one of HIDE's unique private dining rooms. The rooms range from underground vaults such as the The Shadow room, The Broken Room and The Reading Room or opt for The Nest, overlooking the splendour of the restaurant and Green Park beyond.
