General Terms
1. What is the cancellation policy for tickets and table sales?
Tickets and/or table sales are non-refundable. The full payment amount is liable for payment even if you are unable to attend.
2. What are the payment terms for tickets and table sales?
The LFC Foundation reserves the right to refuse attendance if the full payment for tickets or tables is not received within 30 days from the issuing of an invoice. No refunds will be issued.
3. What happens if there is a Force Majeure event?
In the case of a Force Majeure event, such as a strike, pandemic, war, or adverse weather, the LFC Foundation and its partners are not liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations. However, reasonable steps will be taken to prevent or mitigate such events.
Photography and Filming
4. Will photography and filming take place during the event?
Yes, photography and filming will occur throughout the event, and images may be used for promotional and press purposes. These images will be available online post-event for guests to download.
5. What should I do if I do not want my image or footage used?
If you prefer that any images or footage featuring you not be used, please inform us in advance by emailing Foundationevents@Liverpoolfc.com.
Personal Data
6. How is my personal data handled?
By purchasing tickets, tables, or participating in the auction, you agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For more details, please refer to the Privacy Policy available on our website.

Event Sponsorship Terms
8. What are the payment terms for event sponsorship?
The Sponsorship Fee must be paid within 30 days from the invoice date issued by the LFC Foundation. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in the cancellation of the sponsorship.
9. Can the sponsorship agreement be terminated?
The LFC Foundation has the right to terminate the agreement if the sponsor’s actions may harm the reputation of the charity. Likewise, the sponsor can terminate the agreement if the charity does something that damages the sponsor’s reputation.
10. What branding rights does a sponsor have?
Sponsors must provide high-resolution logos as requested. Gala Ball branding can only be used for promoting the sponsor's involvement with the LFC Foundation Gala Ball, on specific platforms such as the sponsor’s website and social media. Altering Gala Ball branding is prohibited.
11. What happens if the sponsorship agreement ends?
Upon termination, the sponsor is no longer authorised to use the charity's name or logo. Both parties must keep information regarding business and finances confidential.
12. Will the sponsor receive any special gifting?
The souvenir program will be signed by an LFC Former Player, but specific signature requests cannot be facilitated.
Dietary Requirements
13. How do I submit dietary requirements for the event?
Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies in advance by emailing Foundationevents@Liverpoolfc.com. We strive to accommodate all dietary needs, but we recommend submitting your requests as early as possible to ensure availability.
14. Can special dietary needs be catered for on-site during the event?
While we make every effort to provide a range of dietary options, we cannot guarantee that all special dietary needs will be met if not communicated ahead of time. It’s highly recommended to contact us prior to the event to discuss any specific requirements.

15. Is the event venue accessible to individuals with disabilities?
Yes, the event venue is fully accessible. There are provisions for wheelchair access, accessible toilets, and other accommodations to ensure all guests can participate comfortably. If you require specific assistance, please contact us prior to the event.
16. How can I request accessibility support for the event?
