Wine Selections
Krug Brut Champagne Grande Cuvée Edition 169 NV
•    Type: Non-Vintage Sparkling Wine
•    Region: Montagne de Reims, Champagne, France
•    Description: The 2013 harvest allowed the House’s oldest plots to shine, featuring beautiful wines from Ambonnay and Ricey. This edition includes fresh and pure Chardonnays with great intensity, powerful and discreetly fruity Pinot Noirs, and Meuniers that contribute structure, tension, and vivacity. The blend also incorporates wines from the first decade of the millennium, including Meuniers from Sainte-Gemme, adding warmth and texture.
•    Critic Score: 97 points, James Suckling - "Aromatic depth and complexity... a wide spectrum of citrus... long and concentrated."
•    Composition: 43% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, 22% Pinot Meunier; contains 40% reserve wine from 146 different components across 11 vintages.

2009 Biondi Santi Tenuta Greppo Brunello di Montalcino DOCG
   Region: Tuscany, Italy
Description: This vintage showcases a garnet colour with ruby highlights and a harmonious nose of rose, violet, and undergrowth, complemented by morello cherry, redcurrant, citrus, mint, tobacco, and sandalwood. The palate is elegantly austere with noble tannins and remarkable freshness.

2015 Paul Sauer, Kanonkop
   Region: Stellenbosch, South Africa
•    Description: This wine has been recognized as South Africa's first 100-point wine by Tim Atkin. It is detailed, long, and exuberant for its age, promising to age gracefully for decades.

Maison Harbour - Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru Aux Charmes 2017
•    Description: Bottle 260 of 271, crafted using 0-20% whole-cluster fermentation with ambient yeast in open-top oak tanks. Aged for 12 months in new barrels (only when necessary) and further aged in stainless tanks for 4-6 months without fining or filtering.
•    Variety: Pinot Noir
•    Size: 0.20 ha (0.49 ac)

2014 Sine Qua Non Piranha Waterdance Syrah
•    Region: California, USA
•    Description: This inky wine offers deep layers of dark berries, plum, smoke, and menthol. Full-bodied yet balanced, with 15.8% alcohol subtly integrated into the fruit profile.
•    Critic Score: 98 points, Jeff Leve, The Wine Cellar Insider - "Gorgeous today and will improve with age."
•    Blend: 81% Syrah, 8% Petite Sirah, 6% Mourvèdre, 4% Touriga Nacional, and 1% Graciano.

Vega Sicilia Unico Reserva Especial
•    Region: Ribera del Duero, Spain
•    Description: A blend of different 'Unico' vintages with deep violet-red hues. Aromas of black cherry and violet with mocha notes lead to a palate filled with blackberry, raspberry, butterscotch, and cocoa flavours, finishing with a shimmering acidity.
•    Critic Score: 97 points, Wine Enthusiast - "Luxurious tannins build in volume... rewarding finish."
