Husband-and-wife duo William and Melissa Curley proudly operate an independent, artisanal chocolaterie. Alongside a small team of dedicated chefs, they handcraft every creation in London using the world’s finest ingredients, partnering with Noalya chocolate and remaining uncompromising in the quality and authenticity of their work.
William Curley’s journey began with training in renowned establishments such as Pierre Koffmann’s, Raymond Blanc’s, and The Savoy before opening his own boutique in 2004. He has since been honoured as a Master of Culinary Arts, earned membership in Relais Dessert International, and received the title of “Best British Chocolatier” four times from The Academy of Chocolate.
