This is a unique opportunity to watch the master at work. Pastry Chef Raf Perussi trained at Le Cordon Bleu and has worked at some of London's top establishments. After moving to the Fylde coast 12 years ago and working as Pastry chef at the Villa in Wrea Green he reached the final of Bake Off The Professionals in 2023. A few months ago he opened Beurre in St Anne’s and since that time customers have been queuing out of the door with his whole daily stock frequently sold out by lunchtime. The Glansin has opened very recently specialising in fabulous afternoon teas , using Beurres delicious cakes of course. A real treat for 2 lucky people.
