Toby Rider trained as a chef at Cordon Bleu in London, worked at Michelin restaurants, ran a restaurant in London and now he works as a PRIVATE CHEF cooking fantastic creations for that home dinner party you’ve been promising to hold.

He is also an authority on ENGLISH WINES. With an ever-growing personal collection of English wine, Toby had the chance to be part of the opening of a small restaurant above an eighteenth century, Grade II listed pub in Fitzrovia. The restaurant’s goal - to become the destination restaurant for English wine. Listing over 150 different English wines from producers based all over the country - it allowed Toby to expand his knowledge, constantly taste, discover new English wines and develop relationships with the very people that made them.

Toby is now using his skills and experience to create memorable private events for people across the country who are looking to explore and develop their own love of English wine and fine food. So for this private wine tasting and dining experience and to make the most of your own Private Chef, Toby will bring the restaurant to you in the comfort of your own home. He will guide you through an evening of English wine and food with a very special five course tasting menu (including canapes to start). Each course designed for and perfectly paired with specific still and sparkling English wines.
