Berry Bros. & Rudd is Britain’s oldest wine and spirits merchant, a company that can trace its origins back to 1698. Today it remains a family-owned business trading from the same historic premises at No.3 St James’s Street. Offering everything from Wine Events and Experiences to a Cellar Plan, with all sorts of bottles in between, Berry Bros. & Rudd provides the closest link between those who make the wine and those who drink it. Most importantly, we still believe that everything you should look for in a wine or spirit comes down to one simple question: “Is it good to drink?” The auction prize is a three-course Lunch for six people in the historic premises at No.3 St. James’s Street, London, hosted by a senior member of Berry Bros. & Rudd staff. The lunch will be accompanied by fine wines from the company’s cellars. Particularly generous donations will increase the quality of the wines served. Dates and time will be organised directly with the winner and will need to be mutually agreeable to both parties. The lunch will be hosted on a weekday during our premises opening times. December dates are not possible. Delivery within the UK is included.
