Thank you for participating in our silent auction! Please take note of the following steps if you win a prize:

Notification of Winning: After the auction closes, you will be notified via email that you have won. Your payment will be processed, and your card will be debited accordingly.

For all Live Auction items and Silent Auction Items 1-34 you will be contacted by Cure Parkinson's with details of your winning item.

Receiving your E-Voucher: The next working day after the event, you will receive an e-voucher sent to the email address you used to sign up. The email will come from bookings@astarexperience.com.

Redeeming Your E-Voucher: To begin booking your experience, simply redeem your e-voucher and complete the web form provided. If you have won a physical item, please redeem your e-voucher as soon as possible and include a mainland UK delivery address in the web form so that your item can be shipped to you.
