‘Big Jim’ Mills is a true rugby giant. After starting out in rugby union with Cardiff, Jim switched to rugby league, winning every honour in the game. Between 1965 and 1980 he played almost 350 games, over half of which were for Widnes. Jim won six caps for Great Britain and 17 caps for Wales.

At six foot four inches tall and a playing weight of 18 stone, Jim made a huge impact as a fast-running, ball-handling prop forward. He was also one of the toughest forwards in professional rugby league and no stranger to an early bath!

For a big man, Jim displays a very deft artistic touch. Expect a scrum for this one.
