Alan Titchmarsh has been a fixture of UK television since the 1980s. The much-loved presenter has fronted numerous shows over the course of his career, from Pebble Mill and Gardeners World to Ground Force and Songs of Praise. He has also written over a dozen novels.

Alan was awarded an MBE in the 2000 New Year Honours for services to horticulture and broadcasting.
