How do I make a bid?
Click on Auction Items tab and scroll through the list and click on the item you want to bid on. If you are not signed in already click the sign in button and follow the easy steps to create an account. Once signed in simply amend the amount you want to bid and press place bid. Place your top bid to be in with a chance of winning. Credit card information is required before placing your first bid. 

How do I make a donation?
Click on Make a Donation, choose your level (if applicable), enter the amount you want to donate into the field at the bottom of the page and click Donate Now. As with bidding you will need to be registered on the system.

Can I edit my profile?
Yes, you can change any of your contact details at any point. Click on My Account, edit your profile and click Save.

How do I know if I have been outbid?
You can click on My Account and then My Bids to see all of the items you are currently winning or have been outbid on. You will also be sent a text and email notification if you have been outbid.

What does 'Maximum Bid' mean?
This allows you to put in a maximum bid for the item you wish to bid on. The system will then bid on your behalf until your maximum bid is reached.

How do I know if I won an item?
When the auction closes you will be sent a congratulatory message if you are one of our winners! Your credit card will automatically be charged only if you have won an item and/or made a donation. You will then be sent a text and email notification with a confirmation of your payment. 

How will my item/s be delivered?
All items will be securely packaged and despatched within 7 days of auction end.
