Your children will take part in the Hamley's opening ceremony, before you and your family embark on a VIP private guided journey with a member of the Hamley's Entertainment Team around all 7 floors of the world’s finest toy store.

You’ll have your very own personal shopper guide you through the store where you will get to learn about the fascinating 260 year history of London's iconic toy store whilst watching the famous live demonstrations of the toys and games on every floor. You will also have £200 to spend on your way round, plus drinks and refreshments in the new Hamleys cafe after your shopping experience. 

Your private tour will finish with a pick and mix raid and complimentary gift bags for the children. Please note that the opening ceremony only applies to bookings made for store opening hours, not those booked later in the day when the store is already open. Your party will be comprised of two adults and two children.
