The menu will reflect a deep-rooted ‘From Nature to Plate’ philosophy and will be designed to take guests on a journey through Scotland. Hosted in the Private Dining Room, adjacent to The Bonnie Badger’s enviable Garden, guests will be greeted with a glass of champagne to start the evening before enjoying a taste of the local larder. The experience also includes a personally signed copy of Chef Tom Kitchin’s latest cookbook ‘Tom Kitchin’s Fish & Shellfish’ to take home. A gourmet bolthole, The Bonnie Badger boasts an enviable range of dining options across the Broc Bar, restaurant The Stables and The Garden, with menus that follow a ‘From Nature to Plate’ philosophy, synonymous with Chef Tom Kitchin’s award-winning venues in Edinburgh and East Lothian.
