2. The prize is up to the value of £250.00. The value of purchases will be deducted from the card balance; any remaining balance can be used against future purchases. 
3. The card is not for re-sale and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
4. The card will expire 24 months after last use. 
5. Charles Clinkard cannot accept responsibility if your card is lost, stolen or damaged. 
6. If any product purchased with the gift card is exchanged for a product of a lower price or a refund, any money owing will be added to the remaining balance of the card.
7. Charles Clinkard reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions and/or discontinue the card at any time. Your statutory rights are not affected.
