Date & Time to be mutually agreed by auction winners and club. 
To take place within a 12 month period.
Prize at the discretion of BHAFC and may be changed, moved or cancelled at short notice, due to men’s first team training requirement/matchday plans.
Travel to and from the Training Ground is at the winner’s own expense.
