Sumptuous Summer BBQ for up to 50 guests

An amazing kick start to the summer with this fabulous prize for either corporate or family and friends event. An executive chef will travel to the location of your choice with all the ingredients and equipment needed to provide a full Hog Roast Feast. Your menu will consist of a full hog roast with sea salt crackling. Sourced from Owen Taylor’s of Derby and sourced from local farms & is certified farm assured. You will also have rosemary and garlic infused leg of Lamb & mint sauce, a surf & turf - sirloin of beef and king prawn stir fry, a selection of five homemade salads which includes plum tomato and red onion, red cabbage coleslaw, mixed leaf salad, five bean rocket and parmesan and potato & spring onion salad. You will also have the following - hot minted new potatoes, halloumi cheese and pepper skewers (v), large soft rolls, assorted sauces and dips. To top it all off for dessert, you will receive tropical fresh fruit kebabs and a raspberry syrup & vanilla baked cheesecake with fresh cream.

A glass of sparkly for each guest is also included in the prize. To be taken throughout the year subject to availability at the location of your choice within England and Wales.
